About the Role

As an Edgewater Real Estate Agent, you will:

Provide information and assistance to residents seeking rental properties.
Help identify resident needs and match them with suitable homes.
Share and promote available property listings.
Conduct tours of homes and community amenities.
Highlight services and benefits available to renters.
Utilize Trello and Apex systems to manage waitlists, applications, and resident requests.
Respond to support tickets regarding rental inquiries.
Monitor in-world group chats and Discord channels to answer questions and provide assistance.
Promote available homes, special offers, and community events through advertising, social media, and open houses.
Stay informed about the Second Life real estate market and current industry best practices.

Requirements

Applicants must:

Be actively present and engaged in both in-world group chats and Discord. Real Estate Agents are often the first point of contact for prospective residents.
Be comfortable participating in both IC (In Character) and OOC (Out of Character) responsibilities. Agents are encouraged to roleplay home showings, marketing efforts, community networking, and resident interactions.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a working knowledge of the Edgewater Rules & Covenant, particularly those related to housing and real estate.
Be familiar with the community layout, available amenities, housing options, and resident services.
Possess strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
